Erin did a beautiful job making an arrangement for my sister on very short notice. She sent me a photo of the finished arrangement, which was absolutely gorgeous, and the same-day delivery was very quick. I appreciated being able to send these flowers to my sister after experiencing the loss of her beloved pet, especially since we live across the country from each other - my sister and her partner had barely gotten home from the vet's office when La Foret delivered the flowers to them. It was heartening to know I could send a gesture of love and condolence despite not being close by, and that was possible because of Erin! Stellar communication from the shop and quick and beautiful work - I'm so glad I found this wonderful flower shop in Fullerton, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to support a local florist! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing this - we're deeply sorry for your sister's loss and glad I could create a timely arrangement that brought comfort. It means a lot that our same-day delivery and photos helped you send support from afar; we appreciate your recommendation and kind words about our communication.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
