The flowers were very nice however I was disappointed because they were not in a vase. I paid over a hundred dollars for the arrangement. She offered to place them in a vase for ten dollars more. I was surprised but I agreed since they were for someone special ---- Florist's Response: Hi Christine. I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed. I would like to provide some clarification regarding your order. The item placed through our website was a hand bouquet, as stated in both the photos and the product description. When you arrived for pickup, you mentioned that you believed it included a vase and requested that the flowers be transferred into one. As the vase was not part of the original order, an additional charge of $10 was applied, so I added more extra flowers to complete the arrangement for you. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction this may have caused. Should you be in the area, I kindly invite you to stop by our shop, and I will gladly provide a refund for the vase. Thank you very much for your understanding.
